Craig Underhill to teach at UC Davis Extension

Since 1991, as part of the MBA curriculum of the Organisation Internationale de la Vigne et du Vin (OIV), UC Davis Extension and the Department of Viticulture and Enology, UC Davis, have coordinated an intensive program on the economics of producing and marketing grapes and wine in the United States. Craig has been invited to share his insights on winery accounting. Craig is proud to be part of the faculty that reads like a "Who's Who" of the American wine industry.  Craig said, "I enjoy sharing my knowledge to help strengthen the future leaders of the wine industry".
