Dave Brotemarkle has been a CPA for over 25 years and has been with BDCo since 1990. He is managing partner for the firm, and specializes in tax and business advising. Dave enjoys using his experience with both business and life issues. He helps wine and hospitality owners manage both the financial and personal issues involved in running their companies successfully. Dave has served as President of the St. Helena Rotary Club, and as Chairman of the St. Helena Rotary Winter Ball, and is a past chairman of the St. Helena Chamber of Commerce. He has also served on the boards of the St. Helena Boys and Girls Club, St. Helena Public Schools Foundation, St. Helena Hospital, St. Helena Community Center and St. Helena Elementary School Parents Group. Dave holds an accounting degree from California State University, Long Beach.

Tom Davis has been a CPA for 33 years and has been specializing in the wine and hospitality businesses since 1979. Tom offers customers superior technical knowledge and the wisdom of his vast wine industry experience. Tom graduated from Pennsylvania State University and went on to work for Arthur Anderson & Co. in New York City before moving to California. He is active in the Kiwanis Club, the Sierra Club, and the Napa County Land Trust.

He has studied strategic management, productivity and human behavior, and uses this expertise to help people, from executive management to hourly staff, be more successful. Craig excels at helping people ask questions that allow them to unlock their potential, solve problems and improve their performance. He is the board chair for Junior Achievement in Napa County and has led JA's expansion from 250 participants to over 4,000 annually. He holds a business administration degree from California State University, Chico and is certified in Strategic Performance Management.

Born and raised in the Napa Valley, Guy holds an accounting degree from St. Mary's College. He is a long-standing member of the Napa Active 20-30 Club, an organization dedicated to helping children in the community. He is the firm's senior tax specialist, and has a great deal of experience in interstate taxation and tax preparation for nonprofit organizations. Over the years he has been active in Junior Achievement, the Arts Council of Napa Valley, and the Napa Valley Shakespeare Festival, and is currently on the board of Napa Emergency Women's Services. He has also done volunteer work at local schools. He holds a BA in history from California State University, Fresno.

Jan Massoletti has been Firm Administrator at BDCo since 1996. In addition to managing the office, supporting team members, and ensuring that systems and processes run smoothly, she also helps plan our events and keep our team in logo shirts. She attended Napa Valley College and is active in Soroptimist International, an organization that supports women and girls on both the local and international level. In her spare time, she can sometimes be found working in a small vineyard along with her husband and friends -- doing everything from pruning the vines, to picking the grapes, to making the wine.

She is the author of How to Make a Boring Subject Interesting 52 ways even a nerd can be heard, which is available on Amazon.com.
In 2012, Geni was named one of the 25 most powerful women in accounting by CPA Practice Advisor and was named one of the Top 100 Influencers by Accounting Today magazine.
Geni is passionate about applying accounting and technology to improve business results. Her primary area of focus is expanding BDCo's strategic management services. Geni's experience ranges from public accounting to corporate tax, from software vendor to software implementer, and from serving small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. She has held executive positions with prominent companies including Elliott Davis Technology Solutions, Gross Duke and Nelson, PC, Navision Software US, and Sage Software.
Geni is an instructor at the WISE Academy,where she teaches accounting concepts to winery staff and is a former board member of the Napa/Sonoma Chapter of Women for WineSense where she served as Education Director.
She is a team member of TEDxNapaValley.org and spoke at their event in September of 2011.
