Client or Customer?

You might notice that we use the term "customers" when we talk about the people and organizations we serve. That is by design. In our opinion, the term "client" reflects the traditional CPA firm view that people and organizations represent repeat business that will automatically return year after year, regardless of the level of service they receive. Customers, on the other hand, evaluate our services every time they visit.

We think customers expect and deserve a different level of service. In order to properly serve customers, we have to be on our toes, look for new opportunities, and regularly earn your trust. That's why we want everyone on our team treating you like a valued customer.

Would you rather be treated like a client or a customer?
