Certain employers who provided health care coverage to employees in 2015 will be subject to new reporting requirements when they file information returns with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) beginning in February of 2016.
New law requires California employers to provide paid sick leave benefits to their employees beginning July 1, 2015.
Beginning October 1, 2013, employers are required to share information with employees about their options for health care coverage.
