In this class, we will talk about organizational alignment and how to get everyone moving in the same direction.  Starting from shared values and beliefs, we will talk about how to capture and share stories that validate your winery's true core values.  We'll talk about team engagement, information sharing, and how to empower people to make the right decisions.  (And show how all of this is required before you start creating that budget.)
