NVV Series: Class 1
Brotemarkle, Davis & Co. present a three-part series designed to get winery owners and their teams focused on shared financial objectives. Instructors Craig Underhill and Geni Whitehouse will show owners and staff how to understand, communicate, and apply common financial concepts to the business of wine.
Session 1: Creating and monitoring financial goals, is designed specifically for owners.
The class will cover setting and reviewing financial goals and sharing information with teams.

- How to interact with your finance person
- What information to review
- What information to share with your team
- How to hold people accountable
