That's what one winery owner asked us. Well, we just happen to have some ideas that are based on that very concept -planning FROM Cash Flow and we'd like to share them with you.  

Join us for an interactive session that includes what-if tools and techniques you can apply in your winery. You will leave the seminar with a new understanding your financial results and new tools to help change them.

The Cash Flow Planning Seminar will be held at the Wine Business Center at 899 Adams Street in St. Helena. It includes concepts, discussion and group exercises. Attendees receive models for planning channel mix, varietals, and tasting room activity.

The course is limited to 30 winery owners -- priority will be given to current BDCo customers and graduates of BDCo training classes.
